Sojourn '08... 2nd Sojourn series concert I had with the band. Basically some good and bad feelings towards this concert. On the whole, playing hasn't been as enjoyable as it should be due to some issues as well as the section not being bonded. However, playing 2nd part together with YN and DW definitely allowed me to get to know and understand them better (especially DW), as well as get to appreciate their strengths. Every player has their own strengths and weaknesses to improve on. This made me realise that we should help each other improve and be open to suggestions. I've also got a few unexpected supporters this concert. Didn't think that they'll come since I seldom contact them. Quite touched actually =)

= Post exam =
It has been confirmed that I'll be doing research under Prof Bates this summer(vacation), together with QM and some others. Its a 10 weeks research program which means that almost the entire holiday would be dedicated to research, 9-5 every weekday. Starting to feel that 'doomsday' is coming but then, have to endure just because I know its good for me. Together with the band practices in preparation for special project in August, I'm going to have a busy busy vacation! (again)

Just hope all these hardwork does pay off!
