Guitar mania

I spent most of my time practicing on the guitar today and yes! I improved, though slightly. Haha. As I was practicing on the song, it came across my mind that how nice it would be if my other half knows how to play the guitar or piano or any instrument that is easily avaialable.. Like that, we could play and sing together and that's fun! However, given my poor playing skills, I think I would only get to sing la.. Haha..not that my singing can make it, hee.. but just for the fun and enjoyment!

Anyway, after practicing for almost the whole day, I came to realise that I don't dislike playing the guitar that much actually. Previously, I dislike playing it because I can't express what I want to with it... However much I want to strum/pluck and sing a song, I can't because I don't have the skills. I actually feel very much handicap with it. However, I came to realise that I am able to do it with lots and lots and practice and yes, the feeling of able to strum/pluck and sing a song with it is great! Not to mention you'll get all the admiration from those who don't know and they'll give you those 'aww... so good' look. Lol! Ok... but I guess my main motivation would be the former one.. its really a great feeling!

Actually, I also found another advantage of playing the guitar... that is you'll get to type faster. Lol. I reckon that's because of the speed you have to attain when changing the chords that make the fingers more agile. Haha.. but of course, the number of typos increases too~ So ya... a + and - point.

Hmm, elaine received her confirmation letter from NTU school of business already. I wonder what her choice would be, NTU or SMu. I definitely hope it would be NTU! Then we can share a room in hostel! Actually, my hope all my other friends would choose Ntu too... more company, the merrier! Hahax. But as what Elaine says, we'll definitely gonna miss home de, our very little comfort zone. Haix, nowhere is better and cosier than home, right?
