My first attempt baking a cheese cake today and it was a success! Mum says that it's very yummy! Woohoo! Well, I would give myself 7/10 cux I'm not satisfied with the crumb base. Taste weird and not crunchy enough. But still, I'm glad that the cake turned out well(edible). I was so afraid to try it at first la. No, not because I'm afaid I'll get poison or whatever ok. I'm just lacking a liitle bit of confidence that the cake would not turn out well, and it would be a great disappointment. Heh heh. Woohoo! Yummy yummy! As I was making the cake, I was like.. 'Oh my... this is so fattening la..' Haha... Its 3 blocks of cream cheese, 6 large eggs and sugar! But still, I dun care. The holidays are meant to get fat... cux school term is a natural slimming period. =P
